We are currently recruiting for a number of Case Handlers to work in one of our sites based in Bristol.
Start date: 7th January 2019 for a 12 month duration
Hours: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm
Location: Redcliffe Quay, Redcliffe Street, Bristol, BS16HU
Working within a team to provide a customer driven service in resolution of complaints relating to the mis-selling of Payment Protection Insurance (PPI). This will include investigating the complaint, and contacting the customer by telephone if required to clarify the complaint issues, and then responding with a letter, and completing a calculation of redress if relevant.
