Start date: Asap, running until the 31st March 2019
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am until 5.30pm, 37.5 hours a week
Location: Beckenham, Kent
In this role you'll be an integral part of the team who are responsible for the resolution of complaints and fraud investigations. You will work closely with other business areas to provided the highest level of customer service and to resolve all complaints/investigation requests received.
This role would be perfect for you if you have strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
