My Client is a contemporary country house hotel and spa located in the glorious Cotswold countryside surrounded by 55 acres of parkland, woods and meadows.
The gardens feature natural springs, lakes and Victorian cascades.
With emphasis on comfort, service and very few rules, the hotel is the ideal place to relax, unwind and indulge in the heart of the British countryside.
They are currently recruiting for a full time Chef de Partie/ Junior Sous with energy and flare to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for operating the kitchen while working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. You will also be required to plan production and develop seasonal offerings.
You will be responsible for creating high quality dishes with the standard recipes and presentations in order to maintain quality standards and consistency of product.
