Start date: 5th and 19th November for 3 months
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 35 hours a week, on shifts between 8am and 10pm

Working as a Customer Service Advisor you'll answer calls from customers and take the hassle out of banking for them. Our client's customers call for all sorts of reasons, such as when they've lost their bank card or want to pay a bill.
Our client's customers want their requests dealing with quickly and with empathy, so these are key skills that our client looks for. Banking and Contact Centre experience aren't essential; what they're really interested in is people who have good communication skills and want to help their customers. Everything else they can teach you!
What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
HSBC are always there when their customers need them so you'll need to be flexible in the hours you work. You will be allocated a working pattern from a selection, both static and rotating, including some early mornings, evenings and weekends.
This role will suit you if you can demonstrate the following:
