What is the purpose of the role?
Our SAP Functional Consultants will play a key role in helping build and continuously improve the best in class Water Utility Billing & CRM platform. This role will come with deep domain expertise and knowledge of standard SAP processes (one or more of below) in follow functional domains: SAP ISU Billing, SAP ISU Device Management, SAP ISU FICA, SAP C4C or SAP CRM.

What will this role involve?
Our SAP Functional Consultants will participate in the requirement gathering session, helping the design and engineering teams leverage the standard out of box processes and advise on the required configurations.
Our SAP Functional Consultants will also participate in defect and incident review meetings and put forward their functional expertise in helping resolve and prevent service disruptions.
Our SAP Functional consultants will play key role in the development and upkeep of the new SAP ISU Billing & C4C CRM solution. Good communication skills are vital with ability to build effective working relationships with senior business users as well as technical engineering teams.
What are we looking for?
Skill we are looking for are candidates with functional knowledge of any (one or more) of the below modules:
SAP ISU Device management.
SAP ISU Billing.
SAP ISU FICA.
SAP C4C (Preferred) or SAP CRM.

This role is based in Swindon or at our Head Office in Reading, and is offering a salary up to £65,000 dependant on skills and experience.
