1st Line Service Desk Engineer - Permanent
Ultima are a leading end to end IT infrastructure and managed services company focusing on the provision of tailored IT solutions, and we're currently looking to add a new addition to our service desk team.
Ultima's service desk helps users 24 x 7, for fault reporting and providing end-to-end operational service. We are looking for a service desk engineer to join our expanding team and kick start their career in IT.
As a Service desk engineer at Ultima you will be a key team member responsible for taking support calls to resolve IT queries therefore candidates are required to have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Skills and experience required:
1st Line/IT Support experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite, 2013, 2016, 0365
Good understanding of customer service and relationships
Drive and determination
Excellent time management
Has a flexible approach and works well under pressure
Normal working hours are on an 7.5 hour shift basis working anytime between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
