This is a crucial role to provide technical expertise & back up to 1st Line Support. You will also provide a link between 1st line & development. Working with their existing 2nd Line Support Analyst you will come up with new ideas to solve problems efficiently, whilst communicating effectively with customers & their IT departments. You will have the ability to add new things to the role if they are of benefit to the business. There is not a rigid structure, just a framework for you to work within to improve their operation. You will join the Out Of Hours Rota. 1 week in 13 support in the evening.
Excellent overall IT skills. Knowledge of SQL server 2012 and beyond. Understanding of networks. A will to learn & improve.
