We are currently seeking talented sales professional who is looking to kick-start a rewarding career as an Account Manager. An account Manager role is fast-paced, dynamic and offers new challenges every day - no two days are ever the same.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have complete influence over what you earn and how rapidly you progress. What will you be doing as an Account Manager?

  • Maintaining client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations.
  • Visiting both clients and temporary workers on site.
  • Conducting both sales and service review meetings at the clients' premises.
  • Sourcing and selecting well matched candidates for each role.
  • Managing candidate administration including timesheets and right to work documentation.
  • Using the job boards to conduct CV searches and post job adverts.
  • Using our tailored database to search for candidates.
  • Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to promote your profile and expertise in the property services sector

Previous experience within recruitment is not essential for this role but to have worked within sales, telesales, F2F sales, B2B sales or worked in a target driven environment is essential as you will be building relationships both over the phone and face to face and must work towards targets to achieve your personal and professional goals. This role is ideal for an estate agent, insurance broker, lettings agent, current recruiter, product sales specialist or any role similar.
