Activities Manager

Location: Lockmeadow Leisure Complex, Barker Road, Maidstone, ME16 8LW

Job type: Permanent, full time

Working Hours: 40 per week between the hours of 5.30am-9.30pm, to include weekends subject to business needs

Salary: Up to £27,000

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Activities Manager to join our friendly and successful team. 

 

This role will see you lead from the front, ensuring there is a fantastic children's offering, including holiday clubs and a Creche.

 

As part of your role you will be expected to recruit and induct new members of staff, as well as be a keyholder and maintain the daily running's of the facility, inclusive of Health and Safety elements and shift management.

 

 

 About You

 

You will have management experience and have worked in a customer facing environment, you will be up for the challenge of key holding, ensuring financial procedures are followed and work shifts in line with the business requirement.
