Your Opportunity  

We are looking to hire an Administration Assistant to support in providing the necessary administrative & clerical support to effectively manage and coordinate the operations of our contract in Alula.

 

The ideal candidate should be an have excellent written communication and coordination skills with strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and incidents.

 

 This role will support our management team at Alula contract in KSA.
 

Key accountabilities

  • Coordinate general office administration and Keep track of sickness and absence record
  • Support Operations Manager and other departments if needed
  • Assist in preparation of formatting documents, correspondence, memos, charts, tables, plans, etc. as well as in production of reports and documentation
  • Support and coordinate team events and engagement and Monitor and maintain office stationaries
  • Responsible for the distribution of staff letters received from Serco Head Office.
  • Deliver SAP related support (Generate Purchase Orders, Enter Good Received Notes, Finance Reports and Re-imbursements).

 

Specific requirements

  • Ideally a high diploma of post-secondary education in a business, management administration or any related discipline. 
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills required for the role
  • Capable in liaising effectively at all levels
  • Ability to demonstrate both good literacy and numeracy skills required for the role
  • Possess strong PC Skills including proficiency with MS Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint applications and ability to learn new software based applications
  • A minimum of 3 years, preferably 5 years experience in providing administrative and clerical support in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of working within a multi-cultural organization
  • Experience of managing conflicting priorities and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
