We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Administrator to join a Repairs Contractor based in Portsmouth.


You will be an organised and self-sufficient Administrator with previous experience within a similar role and an understanding of HR processes. Good communication & interpersonal skills, confidentiality and a strong attention to detail are key skill requirements, together with knowledge of Word & Excel to an advanced level and the ability to manage/prioritise a demanding workload.

Reporting to our HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruitment administration, maintaining HR records, holiday and absence logging and assisting with the preparation of the monthly payroll.

Recruitment administration will include updating current vacancies, logging/progressing applications, screening candidates and arranging interviews, preparing documentation for interviews, generating contracts, ensuring new starter documents are received and preparing induction packs.

Ideally, you will be able to assist with recruitment interviews and the presentation of the HR section of our company induction programme, as well as carrying out DSE assessments and occupational health administration.

You will also deal with internal telephone queries and undertake general project administration as required.
