Yarl's Wood IRC (immigration Removal Centre) is a fully contained residential centre housing adult women and adult family groups awaiting immigration clearance. We focus on decency and respect in all aspects of care for our residents and use continuous innovation to further improve and develop our service. Within the centre we accommodate an everchanging population from a variety of backgrounds, all with different faiths, beliefs, and cultural values.

 

 

Here at Serco, we have an exciting opportunity for an WFM Administrator to join our team.

 

The Administrator will provide secure, effective and efficient clerical/administrative support to the WFM Team.

Some of the key duties of this role involves; Providing administrative support to the WFM lead which will include detailing staff members on daily profiles. Building staff profiles through Time to Work platforms. Ensuring that the KPI for staffing is met by promoting overtime and TOIL shifts to meet the needs of the business.

 

Furthermore, The post holder must attend as minute taker at events, meetings or as required.

Another important aspect of the role is to ensure a high level of security and confidentiality is maintained in relation to deta residents, and that all information, both written and verbal, is treated confidentially.

Additionally, the job holder will assist with the organisation and administration of meetings/events, as and when required.

 

Undertake any other administrative duties that are required which are within your area of competence.

 

 

 

What you need to do the job:

 

We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and

It is essential that the successful post holder has excellent computer and typing skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.

The successful post holder should ideally have experience of minute taking.

They must have the ability to work flexibly and to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.

It is important that they can work well independently as well as part of a team.

The successful post holder must display Commitment to quality of service and have an enthusiastic approach within a target orientated environment.
