Working hours: 37.5 hours. Mon-Fri 8 am - 4 pm & 9 am - 5 pm on a ROTA - Hybrid working Monday & Wednesday from home 



The Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) for the North West Midlands and East of England is a joint venture between Serco and the Home Office. As an exceptional Service Delivery Co-Ordinator, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers receive the necessary support and access to high-quality accommodation. This is a critical position that entails establishing productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the AASC contract. The Service Delivery Co-Ordinator will be responsible for maintaining data integrity in IT systems, delivering reports and information updates within a limited time frame, and collaborating with other Service Delivery Teams to ensure seamless handover and continuation of services.




What you need to do the job


To be a successful Service Delivery Co-Ordinator you must be a team player with an adaptable attitude toward work, strong MS Excel and ICT skills, and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. You must also have prior administrative experience and be willing to work in a KPI-driven environment.
