Salary - £24,150.00-£24,745.35, plus Serco benefits

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Support Officer (ASO) to join our Offender Management Unit (OMU) team. As an ASO, you will be responsible primarily in dealing with sentence calculation, updating prisoner records, allocating work to Prison/Probation Offender Managers, and identifying risk management'.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for updating prison recording systems, scheduling and attending meetings, obtaining information on MAPPA categories and levels, as well as liaising with internal and external agencies on behalf of the Offender Management Unit.

What you will need for the role:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Grade C in English and Mathematics, as well as proficiency in computer skills including Outlook and Excel. In addition, you should be committed to personal training and development to ensure that your skills and knowledge are maintained at the appropriate level.
