Within VIVO we are currently recruiting for an Administrator who will ensure high-quality data production whilst providing advice and support to the team.
This is a key role required to deliver the contractual deliverables, you will be proactive and forward thinking to support onsite teams, Local Defence Infrastructure Organisation, MoD customers and supply chain teams to ensure effective and efficient performance in delivering on operational requirements.
Within this role you will;
Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
Prepare and maintain reports and filing systems
Assist with formal meetings by completing bookings, take minutes and create action logs
Support the ongoing completion of all processes and initiatives
Provide accurate data to allow optimal solutions to customer requirements and to resolve issues
Respond to Helpdesk information requests
Ensure resolution of complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
What you'll need to do this role
You will use your previous experience within in busy, fast paced administration positions to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines.
This role will include data processing and management to monitor business performance and compliance so you will be proficient in MS Excel, Maximo or other bespoke IT systems.
It is highly desirable that you hold NVQ level 2 qualification in Administration, a related discipline or equivalent experience.
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within either an MOD or Construction/Property Maintenance environment.
You must be able to pass SC Clearance to be considered for this role.
