Here at Serco, we are looking for an Apprenticeship Advisor to join the wider Learning and Development team to provide an excellent administration service and be able to consult on our apprenticeship and wider learning and development catalogue to our customers ensuring we deliver an excellent service.
As Apprenticeship Advisor you will be responsible for providing administration specifically for our apprenticeships offering support to the development coaches and quality team. This will cover tasks such as answering queries, scheduling items, co-ordination of workshops and face to face training and more.
You will be given training and support on our apprenticeship caseload management system as well as our learning management system to help co-ordinate learners and allocate learning.
You will work closely with the wider team to ensure the agreed governance and processes are always followed.
What you will need to do the role:
This role will manage and support activity across the Serco Group; therefore, travel to other Serco sites will be essential. Access to a car or train tickets will be provided as necessary, in line with Serco's travel policy.
