Apprenticeship Trainer - Commercial / Domestic Elec

We are looking to recruit three 'Apprenticeship Trainers - Commercial/Domestic Electrician', to support our growing Apprenticeship programme of Electricians.

The Apprenticeship Trainer - Commercial/Domestic Electrician will:

• Pass on their up to date vocational knowledge and expertise to apprentices in classroom, workshop and site settings, so that apprentices develop the best employability, life and learning skills.
• Promote and discuss additional training, qualifications, and courses with employers to be included in their apprentice's training plan to improve their contribution to the workplace.
• Use industry experience to develop and support our apprenticeship students' educational journey.

Working 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year the successful candidates will be based at our Aylesbury Campus and travel around Buckinghamshire to support our apprenticeship students reach their full potential.

Salary - Up to £33,619.00 per annum plus a substantial Industry Sector Payment of £6,000.00
