To support Serco's continuous growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are currently bidding for a new project in Riyadh and in need of an Asset and Facility Management Consultant who will lead the delivery of all outcomes identified and agreed in the Contract to time, cost and quality. The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.

In the Middle East, we employ more than 5,500 people across four countries including the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Iraq. Our employees remain our greatest asset.

 

Key accountabilities

The scope of work includes but not limited to the assessment of the readiness of health clusters to begin asset transfer and an assessment of the integration of the internal asset and facility management system within each cluster. This is in addition to determining the status of assets at the time of transfer and assessing the risks and liabilities associated with the transfer of assets. 

The purpose of the Asset & Facility Management Expert role is to manage, coordinate, develop and assess Asset & Facility Management procedures, best practices and activities of the Contract including deliverables.

 

What we are looking for in our candidates:

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of instituting continuous improvement and of change management and demonstrable subject matter expertise (and where appropriate accreditation) across the following elements of Asset Management:
o    Asset Management Standards and Best Practises
o    Condition Assessments
o    Asset Categorisation
o    Asset Organisation and Classification

 

Specific requirements

-    Bachelor of Science / Engineering in engineering discipline from an accredited university.
-    Specialisation in real estate asset management and healthcare delivery facilities preferable.
