Your Opportunity
We are looking to hire an Assistant Landscape Consultant who will provide consulting and support to an esteemed organization to activate and operate one of the largest parks located in KSA where the project aims to contribute to improving the quality of life for the city as well as achieving KSA's national vision.
The park under consideration will offer 3 key strategic benefits. Firstly it will improve the quality of life of citizens, residents and visitors. Secondly, it will contribute to the socio-economic development of the city, and finally it will appreciate the value, quality and range of real estate in and around the area surrounding the park. The park will serve as the host for a range of exciting public destinations, including entertainment, iconic cultural developments, retail and leisure functions.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, good communication skills, Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills.
This role is part of our Advisory team and will be based in KSA.
The hiring for this role is subject to contract award
Key Accountabilities
Support the Principal Consultant in the coordination and monitoring of outsourced service delivery
Identify and provide a benchmarking analysis for landscape organization that demonstrate world leading Park operating models, organizational structures, and quality standards. Include the key lesson learned applicable to the client.
Outline the performance metrics and compare them to industry benchmarks to determine if they are realistic and achievable. Identify and cost appropriate geographical and design controls to manage visitor impacts on the landscape.
Support in drafting appropriate Park Landscape policy and procedures to support the Park Management Plan in alignment with client objectives.
Specific Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Environment/agriculture/plants/botany or other relevant degree.
Preferably KSA National
