Spire Cardiff Hospital has an opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our bank team.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced healthcare professionals, enhancing your skills and contributing to outstanding patient outcomes. If you have a strong background as a healthcare assistant and a passion for delivering high-quality care, we'd love to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the team in the provision of exemplary patient care
• Contributing to the support and monitoring of patients
• Identifying and reporting any significant changes that might affect the patient's health and well-being to the appropriate person
• Assisting with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies.

Who we're looking for:

• Previous experience of working as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential
• Experience in the following: ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures and patient observations are essential

Working Hours: Early 0700-1330 | Late 1300-1930 | Long day 0700-1930 | Night 1900-0730
