Permanent
Up to £45,000 per annum dependent on experience + Benefits
Here at Serco, we are seeking a Bid Writer with experience of providing high-quality bid writing support for bids, large and small, within our Bidding teams, specifically our Justice and Immigration Business Unit.
Serco works in partnership with the public sector in the UK and with world class public services providers across the globe to deliver joined up citizen solutions. Our agility, customer-first approach, robust portfolio of services, and global experience enable us to quickly respond with solutions that achieve outcomes with value.
Working closely with the rest of the bidding team - and through developing a deep understanding of the proposed solutions - you'll produce quality bids that meet the client's brief whilst being visually engaging and compelling. This will include the production of written responses, storyboards, and other bidding collateral.
As well as the satisfaction of working on (and of course winning) contracts that directly impact public service users, you'll also benefit from an environment that firmly sets the stage for your own career development and progression, whether you want to specialise, progress upwards, or broaden your career. We offer a wide portfolio of career frameworks, with the right training and development in place to support your aspirations, including in Sales, Bids, Solutions, Commercial and Project Management to name a few. You will join a team who are focused on work winning, as well as ensuring we work in a way that prioritises wellbeing, and developing the growth professionals of the future. We take pride in making a difference, to each other and the citizens that we serve.
