Your Opportunity
This role will provide professional and high-quality analysis, document production and process coordination across a range of bids, proposals and projects within Serco Middle East. In addition to providing core bid management support and analysis, this individual will be responsible for providing flexible and timely administrative support to the bid function.
The ideal candidate should be adaptable, flexible and resilient and able to quickly grasp and assimilate complex information and to multi-task and prioritise particularly in a pressured environment.
This role is part of the Bids team and will be based in our corporate office in Dubai.
Key Accountabilities
Specific Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar role - e.g., project / programme support, bid support (specifically bid writing) or related field analyst.
The role will be predominantly based out of our Dubai HQ with prospects of regional travel to support related projects, bids and opportunities.
APMP Foundation certified (formal training to be provided) - or other relevant bid management and sales methodologies (i.e., Shipley, Miller Heiman).
Supporting the delivery of projects to required timelines / deadlines and Working in cross-functional and widely dispersed teams
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (with MS Project, SharePoint and Visio advantageous) and effective use of search engines.
Demonstrable experience of data management, analysis and monitoring with relevance to a bid / project management function.
Demonstrable ability to conduct research across multiple mediums to source information to support bids, opportunities and other tasks (as required).
Produce professionally written proposal and pitch content that superbly articulates the organisations value proposition and win themes.
Providing administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team.
Knowledge of a multi-cultural organisation and ability to identify key personnel (both external and internal) and able to understand the organisation's aims and objectives.
Desirable, but not essential language capabilities include Arabic.
