You'll work as a team of two tutors to inspire, motivate and train prisoners in cycle mechanics, helping them earn a City & Guilds qualification. Teaching in small groups, you’ll build rapport with your students and gain fulfilment from seeing their progress. Our aim is to provide prisoners with the education, skills, and support they need to build a crime-free future.
This role is challenging but highly rewarding. And you’ll be supported by our experienced team every step of the way. You’ll receive training around working in prisons, and you'll have the opportunity to qualify as a City & Guilds tutor.
