Developing Business Process Models - Assisting business functions to ensure alignment of business & information system solutions. Translation of business knowledge into workable specifications and communication of these specifications to the technical team members.
Developing Business Requirements - Using use case scenarios, conducting analysis and determination of User Requirements Specifications, ensuring completeness of specifications and design documentation (Functional and Non-functional Requirements) and confirming configuration control of all requirement documentation.
Capturing and managing evolving business change requirements, as well as understanding how changes and new systems interconnect with existing systems, devices, and business processes/procedures.
Development and documentation of Acceptance Test Criteria, working with functional representatives to ensure that detailed use case scenarios are documented, that test criteria are defined and met, and leading the customer acceptance activities.
Provision of impartial analysis of the capability of potential solutions during down-selection phase.
Co-ordination of the cost estimation process for new and updated solution designs.
Your skills and experiences:
Business process modelling experience.
Requirements capture and management experience.
Proven knowledge of Business Analysis frameworks and methodologies.
Practitioner Certificate in Requirements Engineering or equivalent.
ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis,
IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
