What you’ll be doing
Starting in September 2024 as an apprentice Business Analyst, you’ll join our Digital Services directorate to develop and deliver solutions for a variety of real-world business problems.
Working alongside experienced Business Analysts, Project Managers and technical specialists as part of a project team, you’ll connect with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and help translate these into solutions and improvements. This could be a new piece of technology, a software or application solution, or a change to ways of working.
You’ll be highly customer-focussed, supporting stakeholders, users and project teams throughout the development and delivery process and always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.

You’ll also complete a Level 4 qualification, which is aligned with BCS the Chartered Institute for IT and opens the door to many digital and IT career opportunities.

You can choose any National Highways office location as your preferred base for this apprenticeship, providing you’re willing to travel to our other sites when needed.
