Business Development Manager - Aberdeen

Do you have experience working in a B2B field sales environment and have an passion or strong understanding of Digital Marketing? Then this is the role for you!

We need an experienced Business Development Manager in the Aberdeen area, who has an ambitious proactive attitude who can tailor their sales approach and put a marketing solution in place to meet the needs of each individual customer.

We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable person who thrives from finding new business.

A Must have..

2-3 years + previous experience working within a B2B Sales environment.
Highly motivated, target driven individual with strong business acumen.
The ability to self-generate new business through finding your own leads.
The confidence to take ownership and propose suitable solutions to our customers.
The ability to engage and build excellent rapport with your customers face to face and Virtually
Ability to drive - You must have a Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.

Competitive base salary £35,000 plus uncapped commission £50,000 OTE.
£6200 Car Allowance or Company Car on top.

Break down of the day to day..

Proactively sourcing new business in your dedicated territory.
Finding and following up new leads via Social Media including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
Understanding your customers' needs face to face and over the telephone to identify the best possible marketing solutions for them.
Delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with your customers to gain continuous business and referrals.
Self -planning your days efficiently to enable best use of your time throughout each day.
Attending team meetings and sales conferences when required to share best practice from your manager and the rest of your team.
