As a bespoke offer and internal brand of Serco, +impact operates with the agility and innovation of a start-up while benefiting from the extensive resources, networks, and career opportunities that come with being part of a global organisation. Our mission is to lead projects that address the challenges of where and how we work, as well as how we travel, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with sustainable and socially responsible practices.

What you'll do:

    • Support the development and execution of sales strategies in collaboration with the Business Development team.
  • Marketing assistance:
    • Contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and digital marketing initiatives.
    • Help maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring consistency with +impact's brand and messaging.
  • Strategy and research:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the business.
    • Assist in the development of business strategies and plans, contributing insights and data to help shape +impact's direction.
  • Project delivery support:
    • Provide administrative and operational support for project delivery teams, helping to coordinate activities, manage timelines, and ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Participate in client meetings and project discussions, offering support as needed to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Administrative duties:
    • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and maintaining documentation.
    • Support the Chief of Staff with various ad hoc tasks and projects, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
  • Cross-functional collaboration:
    • Work closely with all departments within +impact to provide support and ensure seamless coordination across sales, marketing, strategy, and delivery functions.
    • Engage with a wide range of internal stakeholders and business partners, contributing to the success of multidisciplinary initiatives.

What you'll need:

  • This role is perfect for recent graduates, or individuals with limited professional experience but a strong desire to develop a career in a versatile business environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, flexible approach with a hunger to learn.
  • Basic understanding of business operations, with a willingness to learn and adapt to various functions within the organisation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
  • A genuine interest in the public sector, regulated industries, and the impact of sustainable and socially responsible advisory services.
  • Commitment to +impact's values of sustainability, social responsibility, and operational excellence, with a desire to contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference.
