Title: Business Support Apprentice
Location: Centre City, 7 Hill St, Birmingham B5 4UA
Working Week: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
Salary: Up to £13700 per annum plus benefits & 25 days annual leave
Apprenticeship Qualification: L3 Business Admin
Expected Apprenticeship Duration: 18 -24 months
About the role
Here at Serco, we are looking for an Business Support Apprentice team to join us working within Serco's Employer Engagement team delivering the Restart Scheme. You'll provide administrative and organisational support to the team as well as providing support to Restart participants and the Employers they work with via telephone, email, and face to face.
As our new Business Support Apprentice, you will be required to undertake a number of tasks within the department. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has a willingness to learn and develop their administrative skills.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, experience in providing excellent telephone-based customer service and will be able to input data at speed and with a high degree of accuracy. You

It is essential that you can travel daily to Birmingham to arrive on time for work.
You are required to complete assessments as part if the recruitment process.
