Established in 2010, Santander Cycles (London Cycle Hire) is the flagship depot in Serco's Micromobility sector, with 12,300 bikes and 500 ebikes available to rent across 800 stations and 21,000 docking points around London. We are dedicated to supporting the Mayor of London's active travel objectives to increase walking and cycling by providing residents and visitors with the means for sustainable, green travel options.
This role will see you manage and coordinate all SMT governance and meetings, act as the focal point for contract communications and the communications champion, lead on employee engagement action plans, project manage specific tasks and initiatives across the Contract and be an ambassador for the contract when dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including TfL.
You will also support business unit, divisional and group wide initiatives that impact the contract, provide proactive and high level administration support to the Contract Director and wider Senior Management Team, organise meetings and events, circulate agendas and record and close actions, prepare reports, fiing and document management and coordinate a fortnightly contract newsletter and draft articles as requested.
About You
It is important that you have experience of working in a similar role (Business Support Management), with excellent communication skills, the confidence, discretion and ability to handle sensitive information and be analytical, proactive and able to use your initiative to solve problems and make decisions.
You should have good project management skills, a sound knowledge and understanding of facilities management and have exceptional MS Office skills, particularly Word, Powerpoint and Exel.
