An exciting position within our Justice and Immigration (J&I) division of Serco has become available. As the CAFM Officer, reporting directly to the head of asset management, you will be responsible for managing the data and processes contained within the CAFM system and to cleanse and standardise CAFM data.
We are looking for someone who has worked in a Custodial setting with knowledge of building services engineering, understanding of CAFM systems and PPM reactive work scheduling and audits.
As well as a competitive package you'll also enjoy working as part of our friendly and supportive team and will have the opportunity to guide and mentor other staff members throughout the contract.
What you will need to do the role
Previous experience in a technical role with a wide exposure to general and specialist building services tasks, grounds maintenance and building infrastructure.
Familiarity with current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and practice.
A Full UK or equivalent driving licence is also essential for the role.
