Serco: Justice & Immigration Contract

Full Time, Permanent 

£32,000 - £34,000 pa + Excellent Corporate Benefits Package



An exciting position within our Justice and Immigration (J&I) division of Serco has become available. As the CAFM Officer, reporting directly to the head of asset management, you will be responsible for managing the data and processes contained within the CAFM system and to cleanse and standardise CAFM data.


We are looking for someone who has worked in a Custodial setting with knowledge of building services engineering, understanding of CAFM systems and PPM reactive work scheduling and audits.


Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the use of MRI Evolution to hit the ground running upon joining the team and deliver on accountabilities including:


  • Undertake both transactional and master data quality audits in our CAFM System (MRI Evolution-Serco Perform)
  • Undertake site audits and work closely with our FM Teams to improve transactional data in Serco Perform
  • Review current processes, develop new efficient ways of working and help set up electronic logbooks
  • Support the development of Certification recording in Serco Perform
  • Produce reports as required from CAFM data
  • Support MRI Evolution roll out across J&I, data cleansing & integrations, site FM Teams Training

What you will need to do the role


Previous experience in a technical role with a wide exposure to general and specialist building services tasks, grounds maintenance and building infrastructure.


Familiarity with current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and practice.


A Full UK or equivalent driving licence is also essential for the role.
