Serco are recruiting for a Catering Assistant to work in our International Fire Training Centre (IFTC) based at Teeside International Airport in Darlington. The International Fire Training Centre is a world-renowned organisation that provides critical training to fire and rescue personnel across the globe to over 10,000 firefighters each year.
As our Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our chefs in preparing and serving food to a consistent high standard, whilst working in accordance with food hygiene regulations, whilst providing a friendly and efficient service to students, guests, and staff.
