They help businesses build shared and centralized workspaces for teams, empowering home and office workers, executives, and staff equally.

The role/Opportunity;
Our Client is an established organisation within the communications space who are seeking a proactive Channel Partner Manager/Head of Channel Partners candidate. The successful candidate will lead, develop & manage their sales partnerships with Managed Service Providers, Resellers, and other Channel Partners, ensuring that our client is building relationships to become a preferred supplier for communications. This opportunity will enable you to develop and share ideas on sales processes to implement and to build out/recruit your own sales team to coach and manage accordingly for further success.

The purpose of this role is to own, lead, develop & manage our sales partnerships with Managed Service Providers, Resellers and other Channel Partners for our client, ensuring that we are building relationship to become a preferred supplier for communications.

If you have experience in growing the channel partner network through use of the many solutions available and have worked with MSP's in the past, then this could be your next role.

The key dimensions for success are both the volume & quality of leads converted across all sales channels, which should result in increased better client satisfaction, more sales, higher profit & translate into better client retention as well as inbound sales enquiries.

Main Attributes;

  • Build lasting relationships with partners and increase their spend with our client
  • Develop sales strategies, work closely with marketing to grow awareness & build a strong pipeline.
  • Competently and knowledgably advise partners on UCaaS and other solutions/services that best fulfil their customer requirements, undergoing full assessments & analysis of client needs
  • Align our clients portfolio within partner services & ensure their sales teams are aware of their positioning & benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing with partners to achieve sales in line with our pricing policies & client requirements
  • Managing internal resource and interfacing with internal departments
  • Accurate forecasting of anticipated sales, along with regular activity reporting
  • Participation in planning and preparing marketing campaigns along with targeted campaigns
  • Proven experience in growing partner revenue in the UK and ideally internationally
  • Experience with Managed Services / MSP Channel is necessary
  • Previous experience introducing new products and services through the channel
  • Assist partners in the full marketing and sales process to their end clients
  • Proven track-record selling to the SMB market
  • Strong customer facing skills and strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Activities outside of normal work hours may also be necessary
  • Experience using CRM

Skills and experience;

  • Ideally 5+ years in similar roles with exceptional/leading B2B tech companies
  • Consistent channel sales record within the telecoms, ISP, carrier or SaaS space
  • Knowledge of unified communications, contact centre and CRM solutions
  • Excellent communication and people skills are required, with the ability to 'win trust', selling on the quality and credibility of our client
  • Articulate and polished with a professional approach to sales
  • Eager to learn and develop
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to work cross-culturally with international teams
  • Positive, creative, flexible, and driven
