Chef

We are looking for a chef to work in Nuffield Health Hospital starting ASAP.

Requirements:

• Experience in catering
• Experience cooking FRESH FOOD- not just microwaving meals
• Must be flexible within catering requirements as patients can pick what they want
• Ability to work with IT, computer literate
• DBS

Previous experience with hospitals, restaurants or pubs. Flexible - Patients may ask for slightly different things of the menu, you must be accommodating and be flexible with individual catering requirements. This is a private hospital with patients paying to be there so you must be flexible with patients and catering. Small team - Again flexibility is key, its a small team and they need someone with a flexible attitude willing to help in other areas of catering where needed and cover for staff on sick. Semi computer literate - All orders are now digital, there is a basic ordering system done digitally so a basic ability to work with IT Is important - Basic training can be given around this. DBS IS ESSENTIAL.

Provided with full uniform and laundry of your uniform will be done at the hospital. You would also get free meals while working.

Working hours:

• Wed - Fri - 10am - 6pm
• Sat - 7am - 6pm
• Sun - 7am - 2pm
