To support Serco's continuous growth and delivery of world class services, we are current bidding for a new project in NEOM, KSA and we are looking for a Chief Fire Offier to join our team. The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.

Key accountabilities
The Chief Fire Officer will hold overall responsibility for the management, performance and delivery of the 24/7 Rescue & Firefighting Services (RFFS) provision, including but not limited to: SRFF services in response to incidents, including fire, building and facility emergencies, storms, gas leaks, burst water mains, motor vehicle accidents, hazardous materials, de-contamination tasks and training in a camp environment. Assumes the role of SRFF Incident Commander as required. Manages periodic tests, inspections, training, drills and exercises to ensure complete operational capability and readiness of the Rescue & Firefighting Service. Manages all disciplinary matters relating to RFFS personnel. Manages all schedules of planned and preventative maintenance regarding RFFS vehicles, equipment and personal protective clothing. Manages all liaison and mutual aid relationships in support of operational capability and resource.
What we are looking for in our candidates:
We are looking for someone who has knowledge of international best practices in fire and rescue services. A respected leader capable of developing close working relationships with the client to ensure the mutual success for all stakeholders and longevity of the contract. An individual who has communication and interpersonal skills at both an individual and team level. Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills and proven ability to effectively communicate (in both oral and in written form) with all levels of management, employees, customers, contractors and other stakeholders.
