We're looking for a Client Project Manager to join our high-performance team-someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering value from first contact to final invoice.

What You'll Do

As a Client Project Manager, you'll own the end-to-end delivery cycle, including:

• Client Acquisition - Secure and grow client accounts
• Quoting & Estimating - Prepare competitive and clear proposals
• Job Scheduling & Delivery - Coordinate trades and materials
• Project Oversight - Ensure quality and client satisfaction
• Invoicing & Collections - Drive timely payment and profitability

All while leveraging tech tools and CRM systems to stay ahead.

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience in construction, refurbishment, or property maintenance services

✅ Background in Project Management, Estimating, or QS roles

✅ Strong commercial mindset - confident in quoting and cost control

✅ Excellent communicator - with both clients and contractors

✅ Cool under pressure and laser-focused on delivery

✅ Tech-savvy and organised - familiar with CRMs and Microsoft 365

✅ Self-starter with ownership mentality - motivated by performance
