Role Overview:
- Technical Leadership: Oversee the migration of a complex application landscape to the Azure Cloud, including porting existing applications and integrating new solutions.
- Architecture Design: Develop and implement the future cloud architecture, converting Java EE applications into cloud-native solutions or suitable containerised platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, operations teams, and developers to ensure a seamless cloud migration and effective project execution.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in modernising complex applications, preferably in a modern agile environment.
- Deep knowledge of Azure Cloud and designing enterprise-level cloud infrastructures.
- Proven expertise within JVM, Spring Boot, JEE, and database knowledge
- Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding teams through migration and transformation projects.
- Agile, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
