Due to the launch of the RFCA contract, VIVO are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Contract Manager to provide Commercial support to the Regional & Area teams, including (but not limited to) guidance on minor legal matters, risk, contract terms, insurance problems, claims management and compilation, development and management of corporate governance procedures.
This role will see you provide support and advice to senior management team on legal matters, contract terms and insurance problems, develop, write, submit and manage claims in relation to specific cost recovery issues, and manage corporate governance procedures with particular emphasis on ensuring deeds are completed correctly and in accordance with corporate delegations.
You will also produce high-level data analysis, manage insurance claims, manage corporate risk management and analysis tools. and analyse contract terms for areas of claim or improved revenue production.
The role will require you to take ownership of commercial reporting and document management across the business, as well as develop and maintain Commercial Intranet page to provide commercial guidance to all VIVO colleagues, including commercial policies and procedures.
What You Need To Do The Job:
First and foremost, you should be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Law, Contract Management, or related subject, with experience and knowledge of contract law and standard contract forms.
It is important that you have experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts terms and conditions, Commercial risk management, experience of dealing with public sector clients and/or in a military environment, and relevant contract knowledge, such as NEC 3/4.
The Commercial Contract Manager should have excellent analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate key messages simply and effectively to stakeholders at all levels, with meticulous attention to detail. It is important that you are a person of high integrity committed to the highest ethical and professional standards.
