Working hours: 37.5hrs Mon-Fri in office


On behalf of the Home Office, Serco manages the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) for the Midlands and East of England. We focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need along with a high standard of accommodation. 


Due to continuous growth, we have an exciting opportunity within our Business Support team for a Complaints Co-ordinator to join our team and be the driving force behind turning customer dissatisfaction into loyalty. You will leverage your problem-solving and exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between customers and our team, ensuring their needs are met with innovative solutions.


Your first week may involve shadow days with our friendly field staff to help you better understand the work, services we provide and equip you with a better understanding of the business.

What you need to do the job


  • You will have experience of working in a pressured, fast paced environment.
  • You have excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and databases; particularly in making and keeping accurate and timely records
  • You possess a high attention to detail and ability to problem solve
  • You're able to work collaboratively in a small highly motived team
