Compliance Administrator
Solihull/Hook - hybrid 
Full Time, Permanent 

Between £25,000-£27,500 per annum (dependant on experience)   

 

Here at Serco, we are seeking a Compliance Administrator to provide payroll teams with general administrative and analytical support. You will support the payroll team with report running, checking, analytical and corrective activities included in the processing.

 

 


As part of this you'll:

 

  • Running and Collating of reports to support ongoing data integrity, answering of enquiries and support of audit activity
  • Updating Payroll system with payroll inputs
  • Supporting with the review of National Minimum wage compliance within the business
  • Analysing reconciliation outputs, checking, and updating pay records
  • Work withing tight deadlines
  • Producing stats of period data.
     


What you'll need to do the role:
 

  • Microsoft Office Skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good analytical skills, enjoys working with numbers
  • Good people skills, team worker, adaptable, quick to learn
  • Enjoys working within a busy team environment
  • Five GCSEs including Maths and English (or acceptable equivalent).
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Payroll knowledge is not essential but may help.  However, to be able to understand legislative regulations quickly.
