Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Salary: £24,500 - £26,500 depending on experience

 

Serco's Environmental Services provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in local communities. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Refuse and Recycling and Street Cleansing staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve. And right now, we have an opportunity for a like-minded Administrator to join our team of essential key workers and help us make a positive difference to the environment we all live and work in.  
 

 

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Team, as the Compliance Manager you will manage all areas of compliance on the contract, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and high audit scores are attained.

 

Reporting to the Contract Manager you will maintain working relationships with the management team, administrators, and operatives in collaboration with various Serco departments.

 

You will implement local procedures and controls to ensuring that compliance requirements are adhered to in accordance with the Serco Management System. You will proactively advocate Serco's Governing Principles and seek to positively influence colleagues, clients and customers, by promoting Health and Safety Management and procedures.

 

What you'll need to do the role

 

To be successful in the role you must have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and hold a high degree of IT literacy.

 

We are looking for someone who can uphold our high health & safety standards to ensure compliance.

 

You will either hold or be willing to complete IOSH Managing Safely qualification, all training will be provided.
