Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Contact Centre Operator to join us at an exciting new client, where you will be expected to deliver outstanding customer service by taking inbound calls, receiving email requests received in adherence to procedural, productivity and quality standards. As a fluent speaker of Arabic and English, you will have worked within a similar call/ contact centre environment where you have enjoyed speaking with a variety of different customers to support them with their queries and providing solutions to their issues. This opportunity would suit confident individuals who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment and takes joy and satisfaction in their role of assisting others.

 

This is a full-time position which will require you to work a mix of day and night shifts. Please take this into consideration prior to submitting your application. 
 

This is a great opportunity to join our team and provide world class customer service in one of our airport contracts. You will be working part of a large and diverse team where you will constantly interact with customers in a collaborative and fun working environment. 

 

This role will be based in Abu Dhabi airport.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Attend to calls and requests directed through the switchboard, radio system and/or email (24 hours / 7 days per week) relating to customer queries
  • Answer calls within the agreed KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and to priorities calls in accordance with procedure
  • Fast and efficient handling of queries with clients
  • Ensure that a high level of service is maintained (internal and external)

 

    Specific requirements

    • Minimum two (2) years' experience in office or call/ contact centre environment using keyboard skills
    • Strong data entry and email writing skills
    • Have an understanding and experience of using computerized logging systems
    • Ideally a degree holder in business administration or related discipline
    • Fluent in Arabic and English for business use (written and verbal)
