Here at Serco Leisure Marketing, we are looking for a Content and Campaign Coordinator to provide content creation support where necessary for social media, websites, blogs, email, app, print and other content as required.

You will also be performing an essential administrative role, coordinating pre- and post-campaign requirements with subject leads for our core national campaigns, school holidays and general content matrixes as required, before briefing into the design studio. Following campaigns, you will be formatting the post-campaign evaluations, liaising with the digital team and required contacts for relevant data.

 

 

As part of this you will:

  • Work as part of the Content team to create innovative digital communications for an exciting UK-based leisure business
  • Tailor customer communications so they're engaging with different target audiences and channels
  • Work with our social media strategy and campaign plan to create exciting and creative communications
  • Own, initiate and manage campaign planners and other information matrixes
  • Be responsible for developing relationships and serving as a liaison with various individuals across the contracts

 

 

What you will need to do the role

  • Strong communication, both verbal and written skills and have a positive approach to work
  • Have excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
  • Be highly PC literate - ideally Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in writing content for a variety of audiences and channels
  • SEO knowledge not essential but desirable
