We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Change and Support Lead to join our existing team based at our Oakhanger site located in Bordon. The key purpose of this role is to support both the Service and Contract Manager with organic growth, operational governance, corporate initiatives, management processes and procedures. This role will also include deputising for the Support Services Manager in his absence. The contract Change and Support Lead role will also support the transformational activities for rebid and strategic direction.
This contract has an aging workforce in the management and this position is to support the contract leadership and plan for succession. This role will also be the focus point for contract changes including the CAMMO re-bid starting Q4 2022. This re-bid will be a Serco UK and US partnership so will need additional focus and management. This position will work as part of the contracts Management Team.
