Location: Home Based 2-3 days travelling to West midlands
Salary: From £65,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience) with a bonus plus company car or car allowance.

As part of our Restart programme, we will support participants on their journey to finding sustainable employment, enabling them to progress towards a more secure future. The Restart programme will help people who have been unemployed for between 12 and 18 months get back into work, including those whose prospects for securing employment have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Contract Director to be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective Restart services within the West Midlands to the DWP client.
As Contract Director, this critical role will lead operational contract delivery, in accordance with Corporate and client strategies and polices ensuring the requirements of the contract are met. You will effectively manage the service delivery teams and relationships with third party providers, ensure the delivery of great service in line with contractual commitments and build lasting customer relationships.
You will manage circa 6 Operational staff and 18 subcontractors ensuring effective management of all third-party providers.
What you will need to do the role
To achieve the key goals as Contract Director, we are looking for a unique set of skills and experience. The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre; an ambitious, results driven and financially savvy Contract Director who has a solid understanding of the employability sector and has operated at a senior level.
You must have previously managed large sub-contractors and be able to demonstrate successful and motivational leadership of people and third parties to improve and maintain a high performing contract.
You will need a strong background in successfully managing and controlling large budgets, experience of working in a commercial environment with challenging KPI's and hold a strong background in senior customer/client facing roles.
In addition, you will be a dynamic individual with the commercial know-how and financial expertise to drive growth and service improvement.
