Contract Quality Support

VIVO, a 50:50 joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, has been awarded places on the Defence FM and Housing Maintenance framework contracts.

Location: Home Based (Occasional Travel to Midlands based sites required)

Full Time - Perm

Up to £27,500 (Depending on Experience, Training and Development Offered)

Key Purpose:

The Contract Quality Support will be responsible for the delivery of the Contract Quality Plan and support the operational teams with inspections, training, and guidance to ensure work activities of VIVO employees and their subcontractors are completed in line with the applicable quality standards and contractual requirements.

The role focuses on Quality and Assurance Management within the Accommodation Contracts in defence, supporting Line Management on implementation and ongoing development of the Quality Management System.

Key accountabilities:

• Gather, analyse, and prepare data for selection of monthly inspections
• Work collaboratively with the client and the VIVO operations team to deliver the contractual inspections in a timely manner
• Conduct monthly contractual inspections on all retrospective work orders
• Conduct audits on previously completed inspections to ensure accuracy and reliability 
• Ensure supply chain partners are contractually compliant
• Aid the CQM in managing and analysing quality events and/or trends within the company such as (but not limited to): Audit results, inspection actions and customer complaints
• Provide training on the VIVO Management Systems (VMS) processes and procedures to the operational team and supply chain partners (working on site)
• Assist in the development and continual improvement of the Contract Quality Plan
• Develop, communicate, and achieve contractual Key Performance Indicators to drive behaviours towards continuous improvement 
• Ensure all the relevant records are stored and maintained on the company intranet/CAFM
• Submit weekly assurance reports to the line manager
• Undertake regular CPD (Continuous Personal Development) activities identified by line manager
• Perform any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the line manager

 Nice to Haves:

• Previous Facilities Management experience
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal/ Lead Auditor
• Practitioner or Chartered membership of the CQI

Worth Mentioning:

• Location will be flexible, with home working where practical an option but there will be requirements for travel within the UK to support the teams and activities of the business.
• Development and Training will be offered within this role to help you grow within the business.
