Contract Sales Manager

Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum & commission with realistic earnings of £36,000+ per annum

Location: Basingstoke - Tadley

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, between Monday to Sunday

Contract Type: Permanent

To deliver these services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we have an exciting opportunity, as we are looking to recruit for a Contract Sales Manager to work at both of our sites at Basingstoke and Tadley.

  

As the Contract Sales Manager you will lead, manage and be responsible for the cluster sales team and their performance, working collaboratively with the Basingstoke Contract Managers and senior Team.

 

You will have responsibility and be accountable for the delivery of memberships sales across the Basingstoke facilities (Aquadrome and Tadley) and be expected to work as part of the senior management team and will report directly to the Contract Manager.

 

In this role you will work across all facilities in Basingstoke, and you will have direct accountability for the Sales Membership Advisors from each Centre, as well as holding accountability for the operational team and the delivery for major events.

 

Lastly, you will be responsible for ensuring your team work collaboratively towards the business and performance growth.

About You

 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a sales orientated role and the planning and delivery of events, as well as have thorough knowledge of Health and Fitness and leisure environments and in-depth knowledge of the membership sales process.

 

You will lead by example and be a role model for those members of staff under you. You will be seen as a self-starter who strives for self-improvement and perform performance management related to sales inputs and outputs as well as having the ability to train and coach individuals.

 

You will have Excellent analytical skills (report dissection) and hands on skills and ability within membership sales.
