Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a local Construction Company in the Yeovil, Somerset area who are looking for a brand new Contracts manager to join their team covering commercial industrial projects across the Somerset and Devon region. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager working with a regional well established contractor.

Duties

* Manage daily running of contracts to complete work to quality, time and cost constraints

* Ensure Health and Safety policies, procedures, safe working practices and risk assessments are effectively communicated to all site staff and contractors

* Mobilise allocated projects

* Understand and manage programme of works

* Manage site administration and records

* Liaise with and manage labour, site staff, sub-contractors and supply chain Requirements:

Key Knowledge

* Experience in Construction main contractor works

* Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.

* Commercial awareness

* Read & Interpret 2D/3D drawings accurately.
