Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Corporate Affairs Officer/ Communication Marketing Officer in implementing marketing strategies to promote dans and its services, analysing communication market trends, coordinating communication marketing campaigns, and collaborating with other departments to achieve communication marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate should have communication and interpersonal skills, strong project management skills as well as resourceful, proactive, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
This role will be based in Dubai Air Navgiation Services offices.
Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to Communication Marketing Activities: Assist in implementing communication marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Oversee Department Operations: Support the Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability in managing day-to-day operations within the communication marketing department.
- Organize communication & Marketing Activities: Plan and attend communication & marketing events to enhance brand awareness.
- Design communication & marketing campaigns, product literature, design newsletter, invitations, and event materials.
- Ensure that all creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines
- Proof reading and editing to ensure accuracy before publishing.
- Supervising and reviewing of artwork and graphic designs produced by third parties
- Work with advertising and media agencies for execution of creative deliverables
- Coordinate with suppliers and verify quotations and invoices related to print and production related jobs
- Plan Advertising Campaigns: Develop advertising and promotional campaigns across various media channels (e.g., social media, print).
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Collaborate with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure successful marketing activities.
- Participate and contribute to communication marketing activities to help achieve company goals
Specific Requirements
- Hold a degree in Public Relations, International Relations, Marketing or any related field
