To support Serco's continuous growth and delivery of world class services, we are currently bidding for a new project in Saudi Arabia and we are looking for a Curriculum Design Support Officer.

 

This opportunity offers the flexibility of working remotely if you have the right to work/remain in a country where Serco has a legal entity in.

 

The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.

 

Key accountabilities

  • Providing curriculum design, input and advice to the Programme Director and Curriculum Design Project Manager in the delivery of the contract
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking skills, and leadership of change and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Academic Accreditation team to develop and deliver curricula.
  • Ability to develop educational programme content, design, and coordinate curricula.
  • Ability to plan and prepare programs and curricula for university academic accreditation requirements as per applicable standards and work on the requirements for templates of accreditation.

 

What we are looking for in our candidates:

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to develop self and contribute to the development of others across the Team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Handle confidential information appropriately.

 

Specific requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in this field.
  • BSc in Military Science; BA, BSc in Education or a BA in Strategic Studies (or equivalent).
  • PRINCE2 qualified (or equivalent).
  • Experience of Military Science Studies, or strategic studies and business administration consultancy.
