Summary of Position:

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a Line Provisioning Coordinator to join our client's successful team. With offices in Hampshire, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire, our clients design, install and maintain business telecommunication solutions, document solutions and IT support for customers throughout the UK.

Duties:

• The main objective of the role is to manage the relationship and processes to ensure a smooth transition for our client.
• Place and manage Fixed Line, Broadband, SIP, and mobile product orders using a variety of internal and external systems
• Informing customers of new and ongoing orders via telephone and email
• Updating customers with fault progress and timescales regularly
• Ensure all internal systems are updated with the provision changes

• Excellent telephone technique and manner

Experience & Training:

• An understanding of PSTN, ISDN, Broadband, SIP
• An understanding of Ethernet Technologies desirable
• An understanding of PBX / Hosted telephone systems (Cloud)
• Experience using WLR ordering portal
